I have over 30 years of Secretarial/PA/Office Management experience in a number of different industries and sectors including sales, distribution, facilities management, design and coaching & development.

I am a detailed and highly conscientious person with a flexible and approachable way of working with others. My ideal clients are those who share the same values and work ethic as myself. I am passionate about helping people succeed through utilising my experience and skills.

On a personal basis, I live just outside of Brighton with my husband, two grown sons and my dog. I am lucky enough to live at the base of the South Downs which means lots of beautiful walks - a recommended activity to clear the head either before or after a busy day!
