I am here to help you with tasks so you can have more time to focus on your business. Below are a few ideas to help you establish which tasks you could outsource.
As you are working, make a list of the tasks that you complete and split them into daily, weekly or monthly tasks.
Highlight the tasks that only you can do.
Identify and highlight those tasks that you don’t enjoy doing and that you would be happy to, and are able to, hand over.
Keep in mind the amount of time that the tasks take you so you can identify those that are particularly time-consuming and highlight those that could be handed over.
